eBay Collectibles + Assurant
Assurant collaborated with eBay to develop a digital solution aimed at boosting the sales of insurance packages to eBay customers. I played a part in identifying an effective solution that not only raised the insurance attach rate in eBay carts but also designed a new app that catered to collectors. The app was intended to encourage users to safeguard their prized collections.
